Jakarta - April 13 2015, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Annual GMS) for the 2014 financial year. The Annual GMS was attended by the entire Board of Commissioners and Directors of MTF as well as shareholders MTF, namely PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk as owner of 51% of MTF shares and PT Tunas Ridean Tbk as owner of 49% of MTF shares. The shareholders were represented by Mr Hery Gunardi as Director of Consumer Banking PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and Mrs Kartini Sally as Director of Commercial Banking PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, as well as Mr Rico Setiawan as Main Director PT Tunas Ridean Tbk and Tan Thomas Kae Jye as Director of PT Tunas Ridean Tbk. Some of the results of the MTF Annual GMS decisions include distributing a final dividend of 10% (ten percent) of the Company's total net profit, which will be paid by the company to the company's shareholders for the financial year ending December 31 2015. The results of the meeting's decision also determined that Mr Ade Cahyo Nugroho as Director of Mandiri Tunas Finance.
