Bogor, 2-3 March 2016 – Uniting the vision and mission and boosting enthusiasm to achieve the 2016 target, the credit management division held a National Working Meeting (Rakernas) for Credit Heads (CH) in Jambuluwuk, Bogor, 2-3 March 2016. The CH National Working Meeting was entitled “do the best to be guardians of quality&rdquo ; officially opened by the Main Director of MTF, Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo; Also present at the activity were MTF financial director Ade Cahyo Nugroho, deputy director of Perana Citra; Head of Credit Management Division Wawan Yulianto; all Area Credit Managers, and of course the Credit Heads of all MTF branches.

In his speech, Susatyo said that the role and duties of credit management are very vital as guardians of quality. “2016 is a moment for the credit team to maintain credit quality, don't let us lose sight of sales, but put quality behind us,” he said. He added that many other finance companies were destroyed due to poor credit quality.

On the same occasion, Wawan Yulianto said that currently the credit head's role is not only ensuring proper credit provision, but also monitoring Sales Officers with the presence of Mobile Survey. “Synergy between CH (Credit head) and SO (sales officer) is improved even better, so that the use of mobile surveys carried out by SO can be carried out correctly,” he said.
