As previously informed, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) is holding a lottery program with prizes for all consumers called "Semarak Point Reward Mandiri Tunas Finance" as a form of appreciation to consumers who correctly pay consecutive installments during the period June 2012 – November 2012 and fulfill the specified lottery program conditions. The lottery drawing was carried out by the Directors of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance on Wednesday, December 19 2012 at the MTF head office, witnessed by a Notary, officials from the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, representatives from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service, and the local Police. Lucky consumers will receive prizes in the form of 1 (one) All New Xenia STD 1,000 cc Car, 4 (four) Honda Revo Fit Motorcycles, and 20 (twenty) Blackberries. The terms and conditions for claiming the prize are as follows: 

1. Winners will be sent an official letter and contacted via telephone by the organizer and announced via announcement at Mandiri Tunas Finance branch offices and on the website: www.mtf.co.id.

2. Prize collection cannot be represented and prizes cannot be cashed.

3. Winners must show original valid proof of identity and proof of installment payment for November 2012.

4. Lottery taxes are borne by the winner. Winners are not charged any fees other than lottery tax.

5. The conditions and time for collecting the prize, place and taxes that must be paid will be informed to each winner via official letter and/or by telephone.

6. The deadline for collecting prizes is no later than January 19 2013. If the prize is not collected within this deadline, the prize is considered void and will be handed over to the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. All decisions of the organizers regarding the winners and the lottery procedures cannot be contested.
