MTF AND ALFAMART, ALFAMIDI, LAWSON ESTABLISH COOPERATION FOR CUSTOMER INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

JAKARTA – An easy way to pay installments is one of the things every customer wants. Therefore, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) has prepared various forms of services that make it easier for customers to make installment payments.

 

As of April 2016, MTF, which now has 93 branches and 20 satellites throughout Indonesia, has embraced PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (SAT), which oversees Alfamart, Alfamidi and Lawson, as a partner to provide installment payment services for MTF customers. “Customers can now pay installments via Alfamart, Alfamidi and Lawson starting April 7 2016,” said Harjanto Tjitohardjojo at the cooperation signing ceremony at the MTF Head Office, Wednesday (25/5/2016).

 

Harjanto continued that during April, around 1,187 transactions were recorded via SAT. “In the future, the socialization carried out will be maximized. "This month there will be outreach through SMS blasts, posters, as well as promotions in Alfamart booklets," he said. he said.

 

To date, MTF has 300,000 active customers. With this collaboration, it is hoped that installment payments via SAT can reach 100,000 customers.

 

On the same occasion, SAT's Business Development Director, Hans Harischandra, said that the various payment services presented in its store network are a form of the company's value added service. “Not only providing basic daily necessities products, Alfamart also strives to meet people's needs through various payment services, one of which is MTF installment payments," he explained.

 

Hans added, through a network of more than 12,000 Alfamart, Alfamidi and Lawson stores spread across various regions in Indonesia, he is believed to be able to reach and make it easier for MTF customers to pay their vehicle credit installments. “The existence of this payment service is in line with our service focus as a community shop that wants to provide lots of convenience and comfort in shopping for customers,” said Hans
