Jakarta, 1 February 2016 -  Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) has officially drawn the winners of the 1 to 7 Wonders program. The lottery drawing was carried out by the Directors of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance on Wednesday, January 27 2016 at the MTF head office witnessed by a Notary, officials from the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, representatives from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service, and the local Police.

 

Terms and conditions for claiming the 1to7 Wonders prize are as follows:

1. Winners will be announced via the website: www.mtf.co.id, social media and at Mandiri Tunas Finance branch offices. The organizer will also send an official letter to the winner and can contact the winner if necessary.

 

2. Prize taxes are borne by the winner and must be paid before receiving the prize.

 

3. The tour package prizes awarded and the tax value that must be paid by the Winner are as follows:

4. Tour package prizes will be awarded in the March period – June 2016. If a force major occurs at the destination, the destination of the tour package can be transferred to another country's destination or the travel time does not have to follow the March period – June 2016.

 

5. The exact travel time and tax payment method will be informed later.

 

6. The tour packages provided include:

• Economy plane tickets from Jakarta – tourist destination PP and airport tax;
• Accommodation, meals and transportation according to the tour schedule;
• Visa fees (if required).

 

7. Costs outside the Tour Package are the responsibility of the Winner, such as:

• Making a passport;
• Accommodation and transportation before and after the tour;
• Pocket money and other personal expenses.

 

8. Prizes cannot be cashed. Prizes can be transferred to other parties by providing a Power of Attorney (attached).

 

9. Winners from the Company must include an official letter of appointment or power of attorney from the Company.

 

10. If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize is not collected within the tour period, the prize will be given to the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs converted into Rupiah according to applicable regulations.

 

11. All decisions of the Organizer and the results of the draw cannot be contested.
