Clear Skies Welcome the MTF Fun Walk in Palembang

Palembang, 4 October 2015 - Proving its concern for health, Sunday morning (4/10) Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) held Corporate Social Responsibility activities ( CSR) MTF Fun Walk 2015 “Healthy with Mandiri Tunas Finance” in Kambang Iwak, Palembang. MTF Fun Walk 2015 which is a sports event as well as playing with the family.  

 

Recently, Palembang is still full of smog. Gratefully, clear skies greeted MTF when this leisurely walk was held. Optimism about the success of the event was increasingly boosted by the presence of more than 2000 participants.

 

Starting at 06:00 am, the participants began a fun walk from Kambang Iwak -  Jl. A. Rivai – Radials – Jl. Prince Subekti – Kedaung -  Jl. KH Ahmad Dahlan -  until returning to Kambang Iwak at the finish line, this route is 5 KM. This event, which successfully captured the attention of Palembang residents, was lively and full of fun.

Unlike other fun walks, MTF Fun Walk 2015 participants not only walk together around a predetermined area, but participants can also enjoy various other activities, such as Morning Aerobics Exercise, Free Health Check, Blood Donation, Automotive Bazaar, Culinary Bazaar and El John Merchant Bazaar (MTF Member Card). Not only that, every participant has the opportunity to win the Grand Prize for Motorbikes, LED TVs, Mountain Bikes, Gadgets and other interesting prizes.

 

“This event is a form of health care activity carried out by MTF for the people of Palembang.  Understanding the importance of health, MTF collaborates on sports activities and health checks which are packaged in an interesting and fun way”, said Mr. Albertus Henditrianto, Deputy Director of Mandiri Tunas Finance.

 

The invasion of Palembang residents made the Kambang Iwak Tourist Park area crowded to enliven the event.
