After achieving targets in GIIAS and IIMS, MTF is ready to issue PUB II worth IDR 2 trillion

Jakarta, 6 October 2015 - The biggest automotive exhibitions in Indonesia, namely the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) and the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), have recently ended. At the exhibition, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) successfully achieved its target of receiving new financing.

 

“The GIIAS and IIMS events which took place last August have generated new financing reaching IDR 262 billion or exceeding the initial target of IDR 200 billion,” said Harjanto Tjitohardjojo Marketing Director of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance at a Media Briefing event in Jakarta, Tuesday (6/10/2015).

 

This figure was obtained from the entry of 1,446 new vehicle order letters (SPK) from dealers. These earnings are accumulative results from 20 August 2015 until the exhibition ended 30 August 2015 (10 days). "From IIMS there were 289 SPKs and from GIIAS there were 1,157 SPKs," continued Harjanto.

 

Detailing the figures from the two events, Harjanto added, in nominal terms, we distributed financing for new cars amounting to IDR 260 billion and IDR 2 billion for big motorbikes (Moge) at the IIMS and GIIAS exhibitions.

 

 

 

MTF Prepares to issue PUB II worth IDR 2 Trillion

 

On the same occasion, Ade Cahyo Nugroho, MTF Finance Director, said that currently MTF is enthusiastic about welcoming the fourth quarter of 2015. “The purpose of this bond issuance is to increase working capital for motor vehicle financing. MTF is targeting a financing target of IDR 20 trillion by the end of the year. The remaining target of IDR 8 trillion will continue to be pursued in the last three months. In mid-Q3, MTF managed to obtain new financing worth IDR 12 T.
