The Spirit of Officers to Build the Country

 

Jakarta, 11-12 January 2016 – Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) held a national working meeting (Rakernas) to welcome the year 2016. Entitled “The Spirit of Officers to Build the Country”, the MTF National Working Meeting ran smoothly, successfully and lively. The activity, which was held on January 11-12 at the Holiday Inn, Kemayoran, Jakarta, was attended by the entire Board of Directors; MTF Main Director Ignatius Susatyo, Marketing Director Harjanto Tjitohardjojo, Finance Director Ade Cahyo Nugroho; Regional Heads, Division Heads, Department Heads, and MTF Branch Heads; At this moment the MTF board of commissioners was also present.

 

Reviewing the achievements in 2015, MTF continues to grow amidst difficult economic conditions. On this occasion, Ignatius Susatyo said that in Semester 1 2015, lending was indeed less than enthusiastic, but it increased in semester 2, especially because it was supported by automotive events such as GIIAS and IIMS in August 2015.

 

“Net profit growth was maintained every month and managed to reach IDR 225 billion at the end of September 2015, and exceeded the target at the closing of December 2015 reaching 307 billion,” said Ignatius Susatyo. Meanwhile, lending in 2015 reached IDR 17,140 trillion and maintained the AR Loss level at 1.20%, he said.

 

Susatyo continued, entering the beginning of 2016, optimism enveloped MTF to continue to grow by increasing the achievement of targets set during the last getting commitment National Working Meeting. “2016, MTF targets lending Rp. 18 trillion, profit of Rp. 333 billion, and maintain AR Loss of less than 1.5%,” he said.

 

The excitement at the last National Working Meeting was not only the success of a series of main activities, namely getting commitment between the Board of Directors and all Division heads and branch heads, but was also supported by a series of entertainment events, including the appearance of the Branch Manager ( BM) idol, fellow management trainees (MT), DJ performance and as the highlight of the event were Andra and The Backbone.
