Jakarta, Monday, April 4 2016 - In the Mandiri Excellence Award (MEA) event some time ago, Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) succeeded in winning the title "The Best 1st Subsidiaries Culture Execution". This award was achieved for three consecutive years in 2013, 2014, 2015 with MTF's PERWIRA CULTURE.

Thanks to this achievement, MTF had the opportunity to become one of the companies under the auspices of the Mandiri Group to receive visits for cultural benchmarking activities.

The activity entitled "One Mandiri" was attended by representatives of all Bank Mandiri subsidiary companies. After enjoying breakfast together, colleagues from the company took part in a group prayer activity which is routinely carried out every morning, after which they listened to the sharing session delivered by employees.

After that, the 2016 subsidiary participants were warmly welcomed by the board of directors present, namely Harjanto Tjitohardjojo marketing director, Ade Cahyo Nugroho finance director, as well as two deputy directors Albertus Hendi and William Francis, but unfortunately on that occasion, the Main Director Susatyo Wijoyo could not attend because he was out of town after closing at the Tarakan branch.

After chatting with the directors about MTF's officer culture, fellow representatives of subsidiary companies went on an office tour, visiting each division at MTF head office accompanied directly by the Directors.
